Do you already have an image you need stitched?

Great!  If it's not already in a stitch ready file, we will simply need to get it digitized (this is a one time fee) before we can embroider.

What kinds of items do you embroider?

We offer embroidery on a variety of items including t-shirts, sweatshirts, socks, backpacks, purses and more!  Please reach out with any questions you may have.  We will also embroider items you provide.

How do I choose a font?

We offer a wide variety of font options.  We have included a few on our font page.  Looking for something a bit more unique or a 3D font, send us a message? 

How do I choose a color?

We offer a large assortment of thread colors.  We probably have what your looking for! 

How long will my order take?

All orders are worked in the order they are received, unless a Rush request is approved.  We do our best to have items completed within 7 business days, but often times we get things done a bit quicker. 

Is my purchase final sale?

Yes.  We require a minimum of a 50% deposit on all custom embroidery and design work.  Digitizing fees are paid in advance of any work completed.  The remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.
