Shipping:
- We process and ship orders typically within 24-48 hours unless the order includes pre-orders.
- $9.00 Shipping on all orders
- Local Pickup is available to customers within a 10-15 mile range of our store
- Once packages are in the postal system, unfortunately we have no control over delivery.
Returns:
- We accept returns on unworn, undamaged and new condition merchandise including badging and tags within 7 days of the original ship date.
- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Returns and Exchanges are not eligible on jewelry, custom orders, Queen of Sparkles, sale/clearance items, swim and any damaged item deemed to not be a manufacturing defect.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.

All Sale (marked down items), holiday items and Queen of Sparkles are Final Sale.
- All Sale/Clearance Shoes will not be shipped in their original box
- Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Restocking fees of 15% will be assessed for any exceptions.
- Orders that do not follow these guidelines will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
