Refund policy

We carefully inspect the quality of all items prior to shipment and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, exchanges are easy in the event an issue should arise.  Store credit will be issued for unworn, undamaged and new condition merchandise including badging and tags within 7 days of the delivery date. Monetary refunds are not available under any circumstance.   Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation unless we are unable to fulfill the order.  Any request to cancel an order will result in the issuance of store credit and may be charged a restocking fee.  Returns and Exchanges are not eligible on jewelry, Queen of Sparkles, custom orders, sale/clearance items and any damaged item deemed to not be a manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the shipper, are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.  Shoes purchased on sale will not come with their original box,

Mail items along with a copy of your original invoice to the above address. All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the original ship date.  Email to request an exchange at info@addy-ry.com.

The carriers we use have good delivery records, but if you do not receive your order on time please contact us immediately. Any claims of omitted or damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Further, refunds will not be processed after delivery confirmation is received from the Postal Carrier.  

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
