Shipping:

  • We process and ship orders typically within 24-48 hours unless the order includes pre-orders.
  • $9.00 Shipping on all orders
  • Local Pickup is available to customers within a 10-15 mile range of our store
  • Once packages are in the postal system, unfortunately we have no control over delivery. 

Returns:

  • We accept returns on unworn, undamaged and new condition merchandise including badging and tags within 7 days of the original ship date. 
  • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Returns and Exchanges are not eligible on jewelry, custom orders, Queen of Sparkles, sale/clearance items, undergarments and any damaged item deemed to not be a manufacturing defect.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.
  • All Sale (marked down items), holiday items and Queen of Sparkles are Final Sale.
  • All Sale/Clearance Shoes will not be shipped in their original box
  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  Restocking fees of 15% will be assessed for any exceptions.
  • Orders that do not follow these guidelines will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
